Every deal is scored against six published lender readiness profiles: CMBS, Life Co, Bank (all stabilized retail), SBA 7(a) owner-occupied, Fannie Mae small-balance multifamily, and Freddie Mac SBL multifamily.

Choose one of six report profiles (Investor Memo, Lender Package, Committee Memo, Agency Readiness View, Lease Abstract Appendix, or Commercial OM) paired with one of five themes. Export to PDF, generate a secure share link, or push the deal to your CRM via the existing push queue.
Every report includes a property-location map (Mapbox enterprise plan; your deal data never touches a generic map provider).
